everything there was excellent and the staff were helpful and amicable. the room i booked was reasonably spacious and air conditioned with a huge bed and tv, as example as expected.

The staff here were very friendly throughout my stay, the room was clean and cozy with a balcony, and the fact that breakfast was included was a nice extra touch.

The central location, best staff - quiet hotel. Neat units with internet, a balcony, computer. Location adjacent to the town centre as well as the centre of Chania. Also, down to the old port. Perfectly pleasant stay, as always.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. We had a spacious and air-conditioned room. - Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with a very comfortable bed. - Having a balcony and a kettle was very convenient. - the location seemed favorable, down into the town center.

This hotel has an amazing location in a quiet area close to the central bus station, shops, and great restaurants. It's convenient that the Old Venetian Harbor is just a 15-minute walk away from the hotel.

Always stay here. Found my lost earring. Has Wi-Fi, luggage storage, picnic area/tables, flat-screen TV, lift, dryer. No pets allowed. Air conditioning. No smoking on site. Perfect for city trip.

Great location, close to bus station & old port. Room had good facilities, including a jug & two mugs. Helpful & friendly staff. Free coffee & water in mornings. AC & refrigerator worked well. Big balcony. Would return.

The rooms at Lefka Ori were so cozy and comfortable, perfect for our family with two small kids. We loved the private bathrooms with showers, and having a kettle in the room was such a handy touch. The free WiFi was a lifesaver, and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a beautiful view. It felt like a home away from home!

I personally wished there were more separate rooms in our room. But hey, that's just me!

As a first-time visitor to Chania, we couldn't have asked for a better location. Lefka Ori is just a stone's throw away from the main bus station and the charming old city. The convenience of being able to easily explore the town and catch buses to the beautiful beaches like Elafonisi and Balos was a major plus. The cleanliness of the hotel stood out, with the rooms being cleaned every two days as promised. The newly renovated room we stayed in was cozy and had an incredibly comfortable mattress. The friendly staff and authentic codger bar across the street added to the overall enjoyable experience.

the location was perfect, as it was very close to the bus station and within walking distance of the bustling harbor area. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and even allowed us to leave our bags after checkout so we could explore the city further. it was a great stay with a convenient location and excellent service.

There were some minor issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which could be improved.
